At HWY24FIT, we believe fitness should be accessible, empowering, and tailored to every age and ability. Our adult and youth programs are led by experienced professionals Monte Spiller, Whitney Kaufman, and Melissa Copp, who are dedicated to helping you and your family achieve your fitness goals in a supportive, community-focused environment.


Adult Fitness

Our adult classes combine High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with Strength Training for a well-rounded and effective workout. Every class is designed to be customizable to your fitness level—whether you're new to exercise or looking to elevate your performance.

Class Schedule:
-Monday through Friday classes (see full schedule below)
-Early Morning and Mid-Morning Class Options
-9:30 AM class includes on-site childcare

We offer flexible options to suit your lifestyle and fitness goals:
-2x per week, 3x per week & Monthly Membership options
-Punch Passes
-1 time class fee for drop ins

Youth Fitness: Strength, Agility & Quickness (SAQ)

Our Youth Fitness Program—also known as SAQ (Strength, Agility & Quickness)—is designed to help kids and young athletes develop athleticism, coordination, and confidence in a fun, high-energy environment. Classes are age-appropriate and structured to meet kids where they are..

Sessions are led by experienced coaches Melissa Copp and Whitney Kaufman, and run in 4–8 week blocks depending on the time of year.

What Kids Gain:
-Improved strength, speed, and coordination
-Enhanced agility and reaction time
-Confidence and body awareness through movement
