SAQ

Our Youth Fitness Program—also known as SAQ (Strength, Agility & Quickness)—is designed to help kids and young athletes develop athleticism, coordination, and confidence in a fun, high-energy environment. Classes are age-appropriate and structured to meet each kids individual needs.

Sessions are led by experienced trainers Melissa Copp and Whitney Kaufman, and run in 4–6 week blocks depending on the time of year.

What Kids Gain:
-Improved strength, speed, and coordination
-Enhanced agility and reaction time
-Confidence and body awareness through movement

SAQ Winter Session 1 is open for registration.
We will be running 3 different 6 week sessions for this semester.


HOMESCHOOL PE

Join our fun and engaging homeschool PE program designed to help kids develop body awareness, movement skills, speed, agility, and a love for fitness through interactive games and activities. Our classes are perfect for building physical confidence in a supportive and energetic environment.
